I’m Pranshu Shubham, a business transformation and ERP consulting professional specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O), supply chain management, and enterprise digital transformation. I have worked across global ERP implementations, leading activities from pre-sales, business process analysis, and fit-gap assessments to solution design, deployment, go-live, and hypercare. My background in mechanical engineering, pursued Generative AI from IIT Patna and an Executive MBA from IIM Kashipur enables me to bridge the gap between business strategy, operational requirements, and technology solutions.
